When you purchase on this site your consent is given to provide your financial or personal information to companies such as credit/debit card companies, banks or other financial organisation that organises transactions on our behalf. For you protection and in accordance with the Data Protection Act, we only take your name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address in order that we can contact you in the event of changes to the event; mail out your tickets, if requested and keep you informed of future events. If you do not wish to receive this information or do not want anyone to contact you for any other reason, please let us know.

Tickets

Birminghamboxoffice sells tickets on behalf of third parties such as bands, venues, artists, promoters which means we do not control pricing or seating arrangements. Please check with the third party before you enter into transaction.

Please check you tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Refunds and exchanges will only be given in exceptional circumstances. Where refund/exchanges are agreed tickets already purchased must be returned to us before any action will be taken.

We will only replace seated/numbered tickets which are lost or stolen. Unreserved tickets will not be replaced.

Defaced or altered tickets will be become void and the holder may be refused admission.

Any discounted tickets must be requested at the time of booking and will need verifying at the venue or before hand.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the third party we will endeavour to make contact with you to notifying you of the change in circumstances. On occasions the organisers of the event may also contact you.

The ticket holder only has right to the value of the ticket and the management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.

We will only post tickets to your payment card address. You can arrange to have your tickets collected from Central Library box office. Only on occasions we can arrange for you to collect your tickets from the event venue. Please phone the Central Library box office on 0121 303 23 23 for further details.
