Nearest car parks are Cambridge Street, Brunel Street and one adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Suffolk Street Queensway.

There is very limited parking space for disabled visitors available outside the Conservatoire. Access to this is via Margaret Street and the spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.

The venue is accessible to wheelchair users and disabled toilet facilities are available. There are spaces set aside in the Hall for wheelchair users. Guide dogs are welcome, please ring the concert office on 0121 331 5901 to let them know so they can allocate a space for him or her.

A free cloakroom service is available at most events.

The coffee bar is open one hour before and during the interval of most evening events, selling tea, coffee, soft drinks, biscuits, chocolate and sweets. Ice cream is on sale during the interval of most concerts in the Hall.
