Nearest car parks are Cambridge Street, Brunel Street and one adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Suffolk Street Queensway. There are two disabled parking spaces available outside the theatre and a communication button at the bottom of the stairs for assistance. Access is via Margaret Street and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. There are two wheelchair places available in the theatre and a disabled toilet in the foyer. There is a loop system available in the theatre, please check with staff if required. Refreshments are usually available before and during the interval at an event.

A free cloakroom service is usually available.
